This City is the Hot Spot to Be For Relocation in Colorado
People move all the time for many reasons. Some relocate for a job, others move to be closer to family, and some families just want a change of scenery. It is no secret that Colorado is one of the states that people seem to flock to every year.
Some transplants come for vacation, go home, and make plans to move here right away. Colorado offers so many great things for so many people which makes it a highly sought-after destination for someone looking to relocate from a different state.
While the Denver Metro Area is a bustling metropolis that is home to many businesses and sectors, one Colorado city sits on top of the list when it comes to relocation in the state of Colorado. It's not Denver, it's not Colorado Springs, and it's not Fort Collins.
Greeley's Population Boom From 2022 to 2023
According to the United States Census Bureau, Greeley, Colorado, has seen a population boom in the past year. So much in fact, Greeley is the highest percent location in the state at 3.1 percent. The second largest population boom is quite far behind at 1.9 percent belonging to Loveland, Colorado. Fort Collins, Colorado had minimal upward movement at less than a quarter of a percent in a year.
Greeley's population increase went from 109,245 in July 2022 to 112,609 in July 2023. We can only imagine what the increase will look like when July 1, 2024, comes around.
