The Cheapest House In Loveland Is Priced About $100K Under The Average

Looking for bargains in Northern Colorado can be quite the challenge.

This time around, I was digging through Loveland for the cheapest house listed, NOT including manufactured homes, condos, townhouses or duplexes. I was simply looking at detached, single-family homes, where the average selling price is around $387,000.

I thought finding something for about $100,000 under the average list price was pretty good, especially one that has over 2,000 square feet of living space.

Does it need work? Sure, but if you're willing to put it in, there's a LOT of potential reward on your return.

According to Property Shark, this 5-bedroom, 2-bath home located at 1009 Taft Ave with a little over 2000 square feet is listed at only $275,000. Granted, it's not perfect but...it's not terrible either.

It's always fun to look at these houses and think about how you'd make it your own. Plus, the financial opportunities that come along with something like this, listed so far below what typical homes are going as it is, are fun to consider as well.
