Colorado Road Crowned One of Most Beautiful in World

There are countless beautiful roads and highways in Colorado. We here in Northern Colorado know that the mountains are always west. One of my favorite parts of my commute home from Windsor is driving west to get on I-25 so I can see the foothills.

There are many gorgeous places to drive in Colorado, but one road in Colorado was ranked the best in the state and one of the best roads in the entire world.

Colorado Road Ranks In Top 100

Architecture Digest ranked the top 71 roads across the globe.

The majority of the list contains roads outside of America, however, there were a few roads listed inside our nation.

One Colorado road was mentioned on the list. That road is in Telluride.

Colorado Avenue (also known as Main Street) is right in the heart of Telluride. This is the most scenic road in Colorado and one of the most scenic across the globe.

Sometimes we forget about how lucky we are to call Colorado home. We are simply used to it. I tell people that living in Colorado is like constantly being immersed into a postcard. Whenever I travel to other places in the country I am reminded how lucky I am to call Colorado home.

Everything Is Great In Telluride

Not only was Main Street called one of the most beautiful roads in the world, but a restaurant was also named the most beautiful in the nation.
