Manly Meat Question – How Do You Like Your Steak Cooked? [POLL]

Yesterday was a great day. I made steak for lunch. Steak is one of the happiest meats on the planet. Just listening to the sizzle of the grill as the juices cascade down and splash onto the burning flame makes me shutter. That noise is right up there with the rumble of a Harley to me.

Now the big question...how do you like you steak cooked? I have many friends who just want it's butt wiped, skinned and thrown on a plate. I have other friends who like it brown as a dirt. I am a medium kind of guy. The grill is ready, tell me how to cook your rib-eye.
