Loveland Woman Found in Oct. in Alley off Eisenhower, Death Ruled Accidental
Back in October, a woman was found dead off of Eisenhower Boulevard in an alleyway.
The Larimer County Coroner’s Office has reported that Kelli Tarvin, 55, died of hypothermia on Oct. 28 and ruled her death an accident.
Tarvin lived on East 15th Street, which is adjacent to the alley, according to the Reporter-Herald.
According to a police press release, the Loveland Police Department got a 911 call from a store owner in regards to a body in the alleyway north of 1100 E. Eisenhower Blvd.
