    Apples

Eat one every day! This isn't new or insanely difficult. These delicious fruits pack a huge fiber punch that help slow down the digestion of other foods and keep you feeling fuller longer.

    Water

    Veggies

Try replacing meat once or twice a week with more plant based options. Instead of a hamburger, try a veggie burger. Or skip the substitutions all together and toss peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, onions and more of your favorite veggies in a skillet and eat up.

    Time

This may seem silly, but you would be surprised to see how easy this can make the whole process... just like you load your calendar with things like 'clean the cat box' or 'do a load of laundry' add things in like 'eat an apple with a glass of water'! It's funny how the mind works when these little reminders pop up on your phone. Try it and see what kind of easy changes you can make. (You might have to start with a reminder to pack an apple, but it'll get easier)

    Stop

Stop for a few minutes each day; just stop what you are doing and breathe. Take five minutes to refresh your mind and rebuild energy from within--and drink a glass of water! :)
