We have the answer to counting those calories through the holidays!
We all know that there is obviously an abundance of food surrounding us throughout the holiday season...

So, here are some helpful tips just for you!

1. If no one sees you eating it, it has no calories.

2. If you stand when you eat, it doesn’t count.

3. If you eat off of another person’s plate, it doesn’t count.

4. Cookie pieces contain no calories because they lose the calories when its broken apart.

5. When eating with someone else eating the same amount  cancels out the calories.

Hope these tips help keep you fit, and don't forget to eat those Christmas cookies (I think George Strait would disapprove if you forgot those)!
