Updated 11-24-15: Police say the man who assaulted another man over the weekend in Larimer County is now behind bars in Arapahoe County.

Jose Luis Cian-tun is accused of assaulting the man inside of a home on E. 57th Street in Loveland on Saturday. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Aurora police found him Sunday night and booked him into Arapahoe County Detention Facility. Police are also interviewing 31-year-old Megan Simmons to discover any involvement she may have had in the assault

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to find a suspect accused of assaulting a man at a home in Loveland.  The assault was reported on Saturday, November 21, 2015 in the 400 block of East 57th Street. The 39-year-old victim was taken to the hospital with "significant, but non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect in the case is 43-year-old Jose Luis Ciau-tun. He is described as a 5’7”, 150 pound,  Hispanic male. Ciau-tun is wanted for 1st degree assault and Aggravated Motor Vehicle. He was driving a stolen Maroon 1998 GMC Sonoma pick up with Colorado temporary license plate 452263P, but that vehicle has been recovered, unoccupied.

Ciau-tun may be accompanied by 31-year-old Megan Simmons, who has brown hair and blue eyes. The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office would also like to speak to Simmons to determine what involvement, if any, she may have had in the assault.
