So as I'm writing this today, Friday October 29th, it is National Cat Day. So I thought it would be fun to gather up some cat pics and put together a cat calendar for 2022 filled with cats from NoCo.

As for any leftover pics (more than 12) I'm just going to simply create a happy space for you to just enjoy some pictures of cats. Hey...we ALL need a little space and time to decompress and just stare at cute animals right?

We LOVE all animals in our house and honestly, if we lived out in the country, I could SO seeing us having a barnyard filled with different kinds of animals...and multiples of each.

We always had dogs in our house growing up and when I was old enough to go out on my own, it was hard to have a dog in an apartment, especially with my schedule of never being home so my go to...to get my animal fix was a cat.

Cats are pretty low maintenance, are cool with being alone and don't require walks so in my 20's...that was perfect for me.

Flash forward about 20 years and I STILL have the cat I got back in 2004 (Kozmoe) who is SO regally pictured below.

We also have a dog that we added to the mix about 2 years ago and just love having them around. Don't get it twisted though...our cat is STILL the boss of the house even though he's outweighed by the dog by about 50 pounds.

So let's do it, let's honor the cool cats of NoCo...not just on this "National Cat Day" but all throughout the year with our 2022 "Cats of NoCo" calendar.
