As a Johnstown resident, I look forward to this day all year long. It feels like the official kick-off to summer, along with the small-town vibe that Johnstown is known for. This year, Johnstown BBQ Day is celebrating 122 years of tradition.

While we are a little less than two months away from the 2025 Johnstown BBQ Day, I can tell you right now that there will be a lot of things you do not want to miss. Start off your Johnstown BBQ Day with a pancake breakfast at the firehouse, then head off to the parade. After the parade, you can go straight to the park for some great food and dozens of other amazing vendors. When the sun goes down, get ready to see one of the best fireworks displays in all of Northern Colorado.
