Hairball is an amazing Arena Rock tribute band out of Minnesota. They do all the great rocking songs of the 80s, with great costume changes, pyrotechnics, and full-on energy for two straight hours. Their list of shows for 2026 alone, has them doing many gigs across the country; form California, to Vegas, to Deadwood, and their home state of Minnesota.

2026's My Favorite Bands Brings Six 80s Tribute Bands to Greeley

The 2026 event, Saturday, August 1 will feature two stages (one on the 9th Street Plaza, one inside The Moxi) with six tribute bands entertaining the crowds. Gates open at 2:00 p.m. with the bands beginning at 3:00 p.m.

3:00 - Rumours (Fleetwood Mac Tribute) - 9th Street Plaza.
4:00 - Double Life (The Cars Tribute) - Inside Moxi Theater.
5:00 - Draghoria (Black Sabbath Tribute) - 9th Street Plaza.
6:00 - Peter, Paul, and Gary (80s Hair Metal) - Inside Moxi Theater.
7:30 - Hairball - 9th Street Plaza.
10:00 - Open Fire (80s Hair Metal) - Inside Moxi Theater.
10:00 - "Totally 80's After Party" at The Box.

This is an all-ages event, with those over 21 being able to carry drinks around the the Plaza within the Go Cup District. A limited amount of tickets for the day's event are available here for $46 (total) or $115 (total) for VIP Standing Room Only.
