Known around the world as "The Queen of Christmas" the superstar, Mariah Carey, spends a little time in Colorado. A little Christmas shopping in Aspen? She can afford it.

It must be exceptionally hard for Mariah to venture out during the holidays, with her "All I Want for Christmas is You" song playing nearly everywhere. Perhaps she was trying to get under the skin of a recent breakup.

We can all agree that it must be nice to be able to say, "I need to get away. I'm going to Aspen," at a moment's notice. Fame and fortune make that pretty easy; speaking of fame and fortune, Aspen.

On December 19, 2023, according to JustJared.com, Mariah Carey was out and about in the Colorado destination that the rich and famous flock to. Less an a week away from Christmas Day, itself, the "Queen of Christmas" made her presence known, shopping in the ritzy town.

JustJared.com says that Mariah may have called things off with her recent boyfriend, Bryan Tanka. Tanka is a dancer/actor/director, and has been with Carey for seven years; they often hit up Aspen together for Christmas, but he was absent for this trip.

According to JustJared.com, Mariah was sporting all white while she was in Aspen, wearing a Prada "puffer" jacket. When in Colorado, you wear a puffer jacket, it's almost the law.
