There’s a ‘Chuck Norris Burger’ in Northern Colorado That Will Knock You Out, in a Good Way
Of all the places in Colorado that you can find a great burger, a little spot about 20 miles north of Fort Collins stands out, as it has one named after none other than Chuck Norris.
Who Serves the 'Chuck Norris Burger' in Northern Colorado?
While folks around Northern Colorado may have heard of Ridley's Market in Wellington, they may not be as familiar with The Wellington Grill. The Wellington Grill is in the heart of town (not out by the interstate) at 2nd Street and Cleveland Avenue. They opened in 2012; they have a "rustic" vibe, with mounted animal heads on the wall and a great old bar.
What Comes on the 'Chuck Norris Burger' in Wellington?
I'm not a big man, so it did seem like a challenge to take on the "Chuck Norris," which is a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles.. along with honey-cured bacon, barbecue sauce, and two big onion rings. It's big, but not as sloppy as I thought it was going to be. It was delicious, and worth every penny ($17.50.)

The server I had that day said that after Chuck Norris' passing, a lot of people came in for the "Chuck Norris;" I'll be he'd be flattered. I also think he'd get a "kick" out of the décor of the place. He might say it takes him back to his "Walker, Texas Ranger" days.
It's almost ironic, as also on The Wellington Grill's menu is the 'Angry Burger,' which does kind of make you think of Chuck Norris.
