What is a million-dollar city?
Million-dollar cities are towns that have home prices that exceed the value of $1 million. The Zillow report shows that the United States added 59 new cities to the list in just one year.
Colorado has not had any movement when it comes to adding or subtracting million-dollar cities to the state in 2024. While the real estate market in the Denver metro area still seems expensive, Colorado doesn't have any metro areas that have the most million-dollar cities.

Colorado has a total of 21 million-dollar cities in the state. Most are cities where you would expect to see million-dollar homes regularly. Places like Aspen, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte, just to name a few.

The states that have the least amount of million-dollar cities include Georgia, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin with one.
