We don't hate rich people; we hate rich snooty 'my you know what doesn't stink' rich people.  Well, this Mom is someone you will love to hate when you read this snooty little piece.

This particular Mom, and I use that term loosely, said she hired a Dream Tours guide who was in a motorized scooter complete with handicap sign to get herself, husband and two children of 5 and 1 to the front of the line on every attraction they wanted to ride at Disney World.

Unofficially, the official going rate for a handicapped black-market Disney guide runs about $130 an hour, or just over a $1,000 for the day. This particular my poop doesn't stink Mom actually said,

My daughter waited one minute to get on ‘It’s a Small World’ — the other kids had to wait 2 1/2 hours. You can’t go to Disney without a tour concierge. This is how the 1 percent does Disney.

Well, the other 99% now know and I know some real 1%'ers who wouldn't think this was very cute at all.  In fact, I believe that 99% of people would find this behavior outright despicable and downright disgusting!

According to park rules, Disney makes it a policy to allow a guest who needs a wheelchair or motorized scooter to bring up to six others to a “more convenient entrance.”  Representatives from the tour company or Disney would not return calls.  The scam was uncovered by social anthropologist Dr. Wednesday Martin, while doing research for a new book caled “Primates of Park Avenue.”

It's always a small handful of people that ruin things for everyone else and now that this scam has been exposed in the mainstream media, Disney will now be forced to perhaps change their rules or be more stringent on ways of proving the disabled are in fact, disabled.  And if the "tour guide" is in fact disabled and using their disability to do this to make money, well, I'm not sure that is any better and in fact, it may be worse in my book.
