Free Childcare for Essential Workers in Colorado Through May

If you happen to be an essential employee in the state of Colorado and have children that need caring for, you will be able to get free childcare through May 17. The announcement for this program was made on Monday by the Colorado Department of Human Services.

Governor Jared Polis announced that Colorado will offer a 100% tuition credit to those that have been deemed an essential employee.

Essential employees have been classified as those who are employed in healthcare, public safety, sanitation, grocery, child care and education.
