Female Cyclist Airlifted to Hospital Following Morning Crash
A female cyclist involved in an earl morning crash in Fort Collins had to be airlifted to the Medical Center of the Rockies Sunday.
The Coloradoan has reported that a female cyclist crashed Sunday morning near Arthur's Rock Trailhead. Witnesses called in Sunday morning around 11 a.m. reporting that a woman had crashed near the trailhead. Apparently the woman somehow came in contact with her handlebars causing her to crash on the South Valley trail.
PFA, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit, Poudre Valley Hospital ambulance crews and rangers from Lory State Park and Horsetooth Mountain Open Space responded to the crash. -The Coloradoan.
The woman was airlifted to the Medical Center of the Rockies with minor injuries.
