IKEA is known around the world for the stylish and modern furniture they offer. But lately they've also been known for recalled furniture that has killed children. The question is, do you own this piece of furniture without knowing that it is recalled?

According to WMUR television, an eighth child has apparently been killed by an unsecured IKEA dresser. The California boy was two years old and was crushed back in May after being put down for a nap.

The global chain has done a recall of children's chests and dressers that are taller than 23.5 inches, along with adult chests and dressers that are taller than 29.5 inches.

The company has stated that the affected furniture was available at IKEA stores through June 2016.

So if you have any of this furniture, you are still being asked to bring it back to the store for the recall.

All children killed by the furniture are no more than three years old.

IKEA has one Colorado location, located at 9800 East IKEA Way in Centennial.
