Dieting Lies — Here’s a List of Bad Foods You Can Eat Without a Ton of Guilt
Dieting can be a pain in the bottom, so many stories about the foods you can and cannot eat, what's real and what is a crock? Here's a list of bad foods you can eat without a ton of guilt.
Sorry to tease you with the bag of potato chips, as imagined, that is a bad food that you should stay away from when you're dieting unless it's the weekend and your plan gives you weekend freedom.
HERE'S A LIST OF BAD FOODS YOU CAN EAT
- Pork Rinds: yep, they are loaded with protein, have no carbs and although fried have an olive oil kind of saturated fat thing going on. You can even get the kind that you microwave and they are an even better bad food, good food.
- Beef Jerky: it is loaded with protein and doesn't increase your blood sugar, an evil body trick that kind of tells your body to store fat. There are brands that are more natural and pack less of a sodium punch, just check the labels
- Sour Cream: before you give that get out of here look, think about it... half the nasty stuff per comparable Tablespoon of mayonnaise and less saturated fat than a 12-ounce glass of two-percent milk
- Chocolate: and who cares why at this point, it's on the list!
Don't get stressed or frustrated when trying to figure out what you can and cannot eat while trying to trim up or lose tons of weight. Life has to be real for you to reach your goals and maintain your ideal self. Remember the most important thing, everything in moderation. Have a Tbs of peanut butter if you're craving it, that's 90 calories and although there is fat in there, there are a lot of benefits too, just don't sit down with a spoon in front of the television with the jar.
Good luck and happy eating!
