Denver’s Larimer Square to Be Sold

After 27 years of ownership, the current owners of Denver's iconic Larimer Square is calling it a day. Tenants have been notified of the coming sale according to 9 NEWS.

The property is currently on the market, however, there have been no potential buyers that have been named publicly. Jeff Hermanson, the CEO of Larimer Associates, has owned the area since 1993.
