Nation’s Worst Food Chain Has 10 Colorado Locations, Many Are Closing

I guarantee that if you ask somebody that question you will receive a great story. I will not tell you the fast-food chain, but there is one chain I will never go to again. The chain gave me a completely raw burger. I took two bites and had the worst food poisoning that I have ever had.

Colorado's Food Chains: How We Compare
CouponBirds took a look at the best and worst chain restaurants in the country by analyzing Google reviews. Specifically, they looked at any establishment that has four or more locations.
CouponBirds then averaged the ratings to come up with their ranking. Apparently Colorado and chain restaurants mix like oil and water. Colorado ranked 49th for well-liked chain restaurants.
Colorado's favorite restaurant chain is everbowl, which has four Colorado locations.
Colorado's Least Favorite Chain Restaurant
This may surprise you. Taco John's was rated Colorado, and the nation's least favorite chain restaurant. On average a Taco John's will have a 2.61 out of five stars.
Does this surprise you? It certainly surprises me. I am a big fan of Taco John's and I frequently go to one of their locations in Fort Collins.
McDonald's rated second-worst at 2.75 out of five stars.
Taco John's Closures in Colorado
You may have noticed that your favorite Taco John's has shut down. Back in August, multiple Taco John's locations shut down abruptly and they were boarded up. Locations in Windsor, Grand Junction, Denver, Fort Morgan, and more all shut down in the same week.
