I see nothing wrong with having fast food every once in a while. There are plenty of chains in Colorado to choose from. Do you have a favorite?
Colorado is one of the healthiest states in the country. We all know that fast food is not great for our health, but we still indulge. Sometimes I indulge a little too often. Yes, many fast-food restaurants are trying to incorporate healthier options on their menu. For example, McDonald's will bring back their fan favorite "Snack Wrap" in 2025.
One fast food chain, with well over 20 Colorado locations has been crowned the least healthy fast food chain in the state. Did you get the hint?
Burger King Is the Least Healthiest Food Chain in Colorado
Cozy Meal ranked the healthiest and least healthiest restaurant chains across the country. They concluded that Burger King was the unhealthiest fast food chain in the country.

The top reason why Burger King was rated the unhealthiest is due to its high-calorie, fat, and sodium content.

Yahoo notes that an order of their fries is around 300 calories per order. Yahoo also says that Burger King is one of the few chains that has not offered healthier alternatives.
Other Colorado Chains in the Top Five
Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Chik-fil-A, and Jack in the Box were the other fast food chains that were included in the top five.
I enjoy the Whopper from Burger King a lot. I might need to skip breakfast the next time I indulge, though.
