Colorado’s food truck scene is where the state’s culinary creativity goes mobile, giving people the chance to try delicious dishes that aren't always available in sit-down restaurants. From larger-than-life lobster rolls and sauce-covered chicken wings, to sizzling curry, spicy empanadas, and decadent cookies, the list of unique options served from Colorado's countless food trucks is enough to make anyone's mouth water.

For example, one Denver food truck has created burger bombs, which take the standard patty-based meal to a whole new level. The Rolling Stoves' burger bombs are an explosion of flavor, packed to the brim with fresh topping ingredients, and sealed together for maximum support with every bite.

The current menu features more than 10 different burger bombs, ranging from a basic bomb stuffed with seasoned beef and cheese, to more adventurous options, like the Hawaiian Heat Bomb and the Cowboy Chili Bomb. Any Burger Bomb can be made with an Impossible patty. There are even two kinds of breakfast bombs, served with tater tots instead of fries.

The food truck uses a reverse waffle press to push the burger toppings together inside of a brioche bun, resulting in a juicy, one-of-a-kind burger, that truly is the bomb. The idea for burger bombs was sparked after seeing photos of a similar concept in the UK, and realizing there was really nothing like it here in the United States.

After enjoying a meal, the food truck has both a Cookies 'n Cream Bomb and a rich Banana Split Bomb available for dessert.

The Rolling Stoves is a family owned and operated business that strives to create new and uniquely elevated foods for communities around the metro area at a reasonable price. The truck first hit the streets in April 2021, however the menu has evolved since then, and now focuses mainly on the insanely popular burger bombs.
