Gunter Volkswagen of Dayton Beach revealed the most feared roads across the entire nation. They determined that five roads were amongst the most feared.

All five of the roads and highways mentioned made the top 100.
- U.S. Route 500 was ranked 65th.
- Loveland Pass was ranked 58th.
- Wolf Creek Pass was next at 25th.
- Interstate 70 was listed right after at 24th.

Monarch Pass was rated Colorado's most feared road. On the national ranking, Monarch Pass was ranked as the 19th most feared road in the nation.
A large stretch of Monarch Pass is totally doable. However, the stretch of road turns into a narrow dirt road. Monarch Pass is not always open to motorists.
I have not been yet, but I plan to during the summer months when the conditions are clear.
It looks like fun. Plus, we all need an adrenaline rush every once in a while. Many believe that Monarch Pass is cursed, which adds to the danger.
