Cheyenne Mayor Invited To White House For Art Exhibit

Cheyenne Mayor Marian Orr says she has been invited to the White House by First Lady Melania Trump for a youth art exhibit later this month.

The mayor posted the following on her ''Cheyenne Mayor Marian Orr" Facebook page:

''I’m honored to be invited to the White House by First Lady Melania Trump for the youth art exhibit opening of “Building the Movement: America’s Youth Celebrate 100 Years of Women’s Suffrage.” As the first elected female mayor of the capital city of our Equality State - the first state to give women the right to vote 150 years ago this year, I look forward to representing Cheyenne and Wyoming and seeing first-hand how our nation’s youth have celebrated the moment through their art."
