Many will be annoyed this weekend by fireworks going off around them, keeping them awake, disturbing their TV show or movie, or scaring their pets. While it can be annoying, it isn't worthy of calling the cops because you are unhappy. There are reasons to call the cops this holiday weekend, but with so much happening, not everything is worthy of a call. Do not call the cops because fireworks are going off, debris is in your yard, someone in the home is upset, or your pets are stressed. These are issues in your home, but not lawful ones. There are reasons to call the cops, though.
