Brand New With Barnes features new songs from well known artists and singers you've never heard of before. This, is your weekly recap in case you missed some.

  • Jana Kramer - Love

Jana Kramer, as an actress, is best known for her role as Alex Dupre on the television series One Tree Hill. Kramer began her country music career in 2012 with the single "Why Ya Wanna" which hit #3. The second single, "Whiskey," went top 30 and "I Hope It Rains" never charted. The new single, "Love" is on a brand new album that has not been titled or released. Jana Kramer will be at Country Jam in Grand Junction on June 20.

  • Sweetwater Rain - Tailspin

Sweetwater Rain found success right out of the chute with their debut single “Starshine” that went Top 50 on the Billboard chart and opened the door to country radio as a powerhouse trio. Their second single, “Pray For Me,” went #1 on Power Source Radio early this year. Now, it's time to see what they can do with their latest single called "Tailspin." I couldn't find a video, of any kind, of the new single to save my life so I added their first single, "Starshine." "Tailspin" is available on iTunes.

  • Rascal Flatts - Payback

Since bursting on to the Country music scene in early in 2000, Rascal Flatts has sold over 22.5 million albums and 14 #1 singles to the top of the charts. Rascal Flatts has earned over 40 trophies from the ACAs, ACMs, AMAs, CMAs, People's Choice Awards and more. It's a fitting tribute to a group that has brought so much to country music.

"Rewind" their latest album has the perfect representation of all the elements that go into the music that has given them so much success.

"It's got meat, potatoes, vegetables—all of it. It's fun, it's poignant, and we think the hard work that went into has really paid off".  "Payback" & the album "Rewind" are available on iTunes

  • Little Big Town - Day Drinking

Little Big Town leaps out of the speakers with a sound that's fresh, well-oiled and hot off a long tour supporting Keith Urban.  They are currently at work on their as-yet-untitled sixth studio album. The title of the lead-off single, "Day Drinking," suggests it'll pair well with the group's relentlessly infectious 2012 smash, "Pontoon."  "Day Drinking" is available on iTunes

  • Sarah Davidson - Drink You Up

Sarah says music has always been a part of her existence.  "I'm from South Georgia, and grew up singing and writing. I wrote my first song when I was eleven."  This week, Davidson releases her very first EP – a self-titled  release that includes "Bright Lights, Big City," as well as "Drink You Up," her new single.
