Police body cam video came out this week, where Denver mayor Michael Hancock’s son got into it with a cop during a traffic stop in March.  The kid got a ticket for going 65 in a 40, and started verbally abusing and threatening the officer.

My dad’s the mayor, you f---ing f--got.

"Of Denver? Well you’re in Aurora,” the officer responds.

Guess what, I’m about to get you fired you f---ing b---h.

When the mayor heard about it, he made his son write an apology.  While Jordan Hancock hasn't made any public statements regarding the incident, his father says:

The last thing we want:  A young man interacting with police officers in that manner, uh, particularly African American young men, and so he recognizes that, and he certainly understands that the officer didn't deserve the interaction that he had, so he has written an apology to the officer, and he said he hopes that one day he'll get a chance to personally apologize to him.

In other words... Michael done beat his kid's a**.

Maybe.
