Annalee Keller has been located and is safe. The suspect is in custody.

An Amber Alert was issued on Thursday after a 5-year-old was kidnapped by her  parent who did not have custody. The child was located safely in the early hours of August 12 and her mother has been arrested.

According to a Fort Collins Police report, Lauren Mongtomery, aka Lauren Perotti failed to relinquish custody of her 5-year-old daughter Annalee Keller. After Perotti failed to comply with the order, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

An Amber Alert was issued for Keller and police found the suspect’s vehicle abandoned on Drake Road in Fort Collins. At 5:32 a.m., both Perotti and Keller were located on the 1500 block of Casa Grande Boulevard. Keller was unharmed, and Perotti was arrested on charges of Second Degree Kidnapping, Child Abuse, and Vehicular Eluding.

An Amber Alert has been issued in Larimer County. The Fort Collins Police Department is searching for Annalee Keller. Annalee is a 5-year-old white female with long blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray glittery shirt and black pants.

Investigators believe Annalee may have been taken by 30 year old Lauren Perotti-Montgomery, a white female, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 130 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Lauren was wearing a green shirt and brown capri pants and may be traveling in a white Ford F150 pickup truck with Colorado temporary license plate 546984P. It was last seen heading eastbound on Prospect toward Weld County.
