Boulder was the lone city between 300 and 150. Boulder was ranked the 235th best city in America for first-time homebuyers.

Denver, Lakewood, and Aurora Land in the Top 150

Denver, Lakewood, and Aurora all made it in the top 150. Greeley, Fort Collins, Pueblo, and Westminster made it into the top 100.

These 3 Colorado Cities Cracked the National Top 50

It is really great to see Centennial, Longmont, and Colorado Springs crack the top 50.

There are two more Colorado cities listed on the best cities for first-time home-buyers. Those cities are Thornton and Arvada.

Arvada was ranked the 23rd best city in the nation for first-time home buying. Which means that if you are saving your pennies for your first home, Arvada might be a great place for you to look into.

The best city in Colorado is Thornton. Despite Thornton ranking 117th on the affordability ranking, the city ranked 23rd for quality of life and 56th for real estate market value.

I have yet to purchase my own home, but my first home will for sure be in Northern Colorado. Fort Collins, Wellington, Greeley, Loveland, and Johnstown are all cities that I am considering seriously.
