5 Stores in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley That Don’t Require Masks

If you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, you can un-mask indoors in a handful of large retailers in Northern Colorado, as of Monday, May 17, 2021.

Denver7 reported that Governor Polis dropped the State of Colorado's mask requirement, and we now have a mask 'suggestion' for those who are not fully vaccinated (businesses can still decide whether masks are required inside, and Polis asked that Coloradans please respect that). But, if you're vaxed up and ready to un-mask, here you go.

Target stores have, as of Monday, dropped in-store mask requirements for those who are fully vaccinated, including employees, in places where the mask ordinance has been lifted. That does include Larimer and Weld Counties. USA Today also reported that Starbucks locations will no longer require masks.

Denver7 shared that grocery store chain Trader Joe's has dropped its mask requirement for fully-vaccinated shoppers, however it hasn't been reported if it has a limited capacity still. If you've driven past the Fort Collins location on S. College Ave. any time over the last year (or tried to shop at it), you'll notice the REALLY long line outside. Larimer County no longer has county-level COVID-19 restrictions for businesses, but does have increased sanitation practices.

Costco, which has a Timnath location, and Walmart stores, which are located basically everywhere, are also dropping masks for fully-vaccinated people. It's doubtful that any of these businesses will require proof of vaccination, so this is kind of a trust-in-the-public deal. But, all of these businesses still have delivery and curbside options for those who aren't comfortable entering a mask-less store yet. You can read more from Denver7 here.
