1st Grader From Loveland Battles Cancer and Beats it
Loveland 1st grader Madison Adams beats cancer
Madison Adams is a 1st grader at New Vision Charter School in Loveland. She was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of the school year. I did a blog about a fundraiser for her last September. Then last night I got a message from Madison's Mom, Jessica. Madison is cancer-free.
Madison, was found to have a Wilms’ Tumor that needed to be operated on immediately. For those of you who do not know what a Wilms’ tumor is; it is a type of kidney cancer that occurs in children.
After six months of chemotherapy, the cancer is gone. Madison is now a cancer survivor or as I like to say, "thriver."
Do do you believe in miracles?
