I have done many things over the years to lose my guy card, from crying at soap commercials to going to and enjoying all the Twilight movies but over the weekend I jumped off the deep end.
I was sitting around with my wife and daughter when my daughter Vanessa asked if she could paint my toe nails. I said “no way!” She then said she could paint them purple and yellow to help the Vikings win. I said no to the yellow, thinking that would be too girly, and said she could do purple and black. I sat and let her do her thing and now not only do I have painted toe nails but the Vikings lost anyway. I don’t expect to have the use of a guy card again until sometime late in the Spring. Does it help that I was watching boxing while she was painting them? I didn’t think so.

The Greeley Stampede is coming up, and you know what that means. Corndogs, cowboy hats, concerts, and cars. One of the best parts of the 10-day festival is the demolition derby. Hundreds (yes, hundreds) of drivers will partake in the destructive chaos. This year's demolition derby will take place on July 7th at 2:00 PM, and tickets cost $20-25.
