The Girl Scouts are selling cookies again. My wife and I walked out of King Soopers in Fort Collins on Sunday and Troop 53 out of Nunn was selling delicious Girl Scout Cookies. I have already bought 9 boxes, so I didn't buy any, but I wanted to.  The cookies are on sale in Colorado through March 4th. We all know today is Groundhog Day and Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning! That is supposed to mean there are six more weeks of Winter, but Have you ever heard the legend of GroundTodd Day?

Girl Scout cookies are now on sale. Sometimes there is nothing better than a Thin Mint straight out of the freezer, but the deliciousness of the Samoa has always been my favorite. Every year I buy from a couple different Girl Scouts, or as I call them "My Dealers". This year I am trying to cut back, but it is hard because they are so good and the money raised goes for such a good cause.
