UPDATE: Details Released Surrounding 19-Year-Old Shot in the Head Sunday in Fort Collins

Update 1 p.m., Monday, Sept. 29: According to the Coloradoan, Fort Collins Police have confirmed that the man was shot in the head following an early morning argument between at least two people.

The Fort Collins Police have also identified the name of the man who was shot, and is still being hospitalized.
