Chicken, one of the easiest AND most difficult dinner ingredients. Its simple to make, but easy to make the same chicken dishes over and over again. I have done this for years. The kids will tell stories of sauteed chicken and broccoli or zucchini as if they were telling a tale of horror. So let's take the same ole- same ole out of tonight's chicken dinner!


What You'll Need:

1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces
2 cans of petite diced tomatoes, with juice
1 can of tomato sauce
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, whole
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, not marinated
1 Tsp Oregano

Putting It All Together:

If you have time, brown the chicken on all sides in olive oil and place in crock pot, if not
just put in crock pot. sprinkle chicken with oregano then add the tomatoes, sauce, olives and artichoke hearts. set the crock pot on low and dinner is ready when you get home from work. Pick up a bag of salad open and put in a bowl. How easy is that! :)
