Have You Tried Fort Collins’ Newest Chicken and Waffles Restaurant?

Like milk and cereal or peanut butter and jelly, some things are just better together. Many people agree this is also the case with chicken and waffles — you get a little bit of salty, a little bit of sweet, and some savory flavor too, and it doesn't matter whether or not it's for breakfast or lunch. 

A new restaurant in Fort Collins uses this delicious combo as inspiration for their menu, but takes it just a bit further, by serving up their delicious chicken inside crunchy waffle cones. Chick'nCone originated in New York City, but has now brought its unique, portable chicken and waffles restaurant to Northern Colorado. The menu offers fork-free chicken and waffles slathered in a sauce of your choice, which include kick'n ranch, yella BBQ, cinna-maple, buffalo blue, traditional BBQ, and peri peri. Guests can pair their chicken in a cone with crispy Cajun fries for a cluckin' good meal.

 Although locals have been able to try Chick'nCone for the past few weeks, they are having their official grand opening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. this Saturday, September 22 at 216 N. College, Unit B1. Celebrate with prizes, live art, music, drinks, face painting, chicken and more, and also check out Old Town's newest area where Chick'nCone is located, The Exchange.
