Spending my teenage years in Minnesota has my mind all over the cheeseball. I was just a hop, skip and a jump from Wisconsin. (Wisconsin=Cheese)I love cheese in a slice, in a ball... on my burgers, tacos and eggs... ahhh... cheese!

Here's what you'll need:

2 pkg of cream cheese, softened- 1 cup shredded mozzarella- about 3 slices of smoked ham, capicola (I prefer spicy)  and salami, chopped small-You will also need an Italian olive salad, available at your local grocery store, likely in the olive and pickle aisle, drained (you shouldn't need the whole jar so only drain what you'll need) and finally a well toasted and crumbled piece of french bread.

Putting it all together:

Mix together the cheeses, once well combined add in the meats, mix well and form a ball. Add the toasted and crumbled piece of french bread to the drained Italian olive salad and spread onto a plate. Now roll your cheese ball in the olive mixture till it is completely covered, drape with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

**** serve the cheese ball with a sturdy cracker, preferably not a seasoned cracker-there will be tons of flavor in the cheese ball itself.
