Recipe Rescue: Doreen of Greeley Gives us Texas Cavier!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1 Can of Black-Eyed Peas (with Jalapenos, if you can find-plain if not is fine-and drain them), 1 Can of Pinto Beans (chopped and drained), 2 Can’ of Shoepeg corn (drained), 1 small jar of Pimentos (chopped and drained), 1 Cup of Celery (chopped), 1 Cup of Green Peppers (chopped) and Italian dressing (Green onions are also optional)
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Mix together all ingredients adding the Italian dressing last, chill overnight or at least 2 hours and serve with corn chips.
