As we strong, positive women continue our journeys thru life, we eventually realize the power of our friendships. We keep the old AND meet new 'besties' who are like-minded and 'show us the love'.   Do something really nice for your friend and bring her with you
to Banner Health's Spirit of Women Girls Night Out tonight.

I'll meet you there and fully expect witty conversation, cool refreshing adult beverages, and to learn more about taking care of me.  After all, 'You must put your mask on before you can help others.'  That's a quote from Dr. Marjorie Wiedeman who practices diagnostic radiology at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. She also set me straight about mammograms after I told her that I don't get them anymore. She'll be at Girls Night Out tonight and so will Renee Rongen.

Fundamentally Female, created by speaker and storysmith Reneé Rongen, captures the elusive, universal spirit of every woman. Reneé’s message is upbeat and unforgettable…we’ll be sputtering, snorting and laughing!
