Hot Tamale Pie [RECIPE]
It’s perfect and simple with great flavors… let’s get cooking!
what you’ll need:
1lb hamburger, 1 can creamed corn, 1 can Hot Ro-tel, 1 can cheddar cheese soup and your favorite cornbread mix.
Putting it all together:
Brown hamburger and drain. To the skillet add corn, Ro-Tel and cheddar cheese soup, heat on medium low until the hamburger is well blended with the corn, Ro-Tel and Cheese soup. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 pan and top with cornbread mix that you have prepared according to the package instructions. Follow cornbread mix instructions for oven temp and cook time (should be about 20 minutes)
