Shorter Days . . . Bigger Appetites!
Oh, thank God it’s not just me! It’s that time of year for shorter days and longer nights . . . and more food. It’s winter! And I’m hungry — more hungry than I am in the warmer months. Despite watching my diet and maintaining my regular workout schedule, I find that I’m craving more food. Well, researchers say that I’m not alone.
A Marriage Proposal via LEGO!
Just when I thought I’d seen it all, along comes filmaker Walt Thompson and his video marriage proposal to his fiance done entirely with LEGO characters! The project took him 22 hours to film and, I would venture, would melt the heart of his soon-to-be wife.
Facebook in the Bathroom?
It looks like Facebook’s march toward total world domination is still going strong. Yes, I sleep with my iPhone running on the nightstand, so that I can check it if I wake up in the middle of the night. I don’t know about you, but the bathroom is just about the only place where you won’t find me updating my status.
