I have been blessed to be a Good Morning Guy for over 25 years. I love my job. I live my dream every day. I get to play music and make people laugh. I am so lucky to work with my 2 best friends Todd Harding and Susan Moore. I love what I do, who I do it with and for. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Kyla for decades and we have 2 wonderful grown children and 3 grandchildren that are the light of my life. I am a die hard sports fan and music junkie. Thank you for making my dreams come true on a daily basis

Remembering 9/11 and How Far We Have and Haven’t Come Since
We will never forget this day. We will always remember exactly what we were doing at 6:46 am on September 11 of 2001. Our innocence was shattered. We felt something we had never felt before. We were vulnerable on our own soil. We all felt it and were wounded but something amazing happened in spite of it...we united.
Things You Can’t Unsee – Watch Brian Jump on a Trampoline [VIDEO]
Put this in the "Things I Never Thought I Would See" file. I recently jumped on a trampoline. Keep in mind I have been 300 plus pounds for most of my life so I was not permitted or able to jump on a trampoline since high school. That all changed this past week.
Do You Remember Brooks & Dunn’s First Number One Hit? [VIDEO]
I can remember sitting in my office back in 1991, I actually had an office for a few months once, and having a record guy come in and tell me I was about to be blown away by what I was going to hear. Keep in mind a record guys says that to me at least 3 times a week so you tend to take it with a grain of salt. This time the guy was right.

Saturday’s Pastels on 5th in Loveland to Benefit Alternatives to Violence
This Saturday there is a very cool event in Loveland. It is Pastels on 5th. It is a great day of artistic expression for a great cause. A group I believe in and would love to see prosper is Alternatives to Violence. They will be one of the beneficiaries of the event and they are very worthy of anything you can find in your heart to give.
The Oldest Expired Food Product I Found in My Cupboard [PICTURES]
Yesterday I got a sudden urge to clean out my cupboards. When the seasons start to get ready to change I tend to do a little seasonal cleaning. I decided I would check the expiration dates on the products in the "way up there" cupboards and see what I could find. I discovered that I had not done this in a long long time.
Three Moving Country Songs For World Alzheimer’s Month [VIDEO]
September is World Alzheimer's Month. This is the month to get educated and learn what we can about Alzheimer's and do all we can to hopefully one day find a cure for this heartbreaking affliction. There are few things more saddening than watching someone you love slowly lose their ability to remember their lives. It crushes me.
Five Ways That Smartphones Have Made Us Dumber
I have complained for years about smartphones and how they have taken over us as humans. I have always thought they are great for some things but actually make us less intelligent and socially inept. I believe I am correct and believe so more strongly than ever.
I Have Decided I Am Going to Protest Protesting [POLL]
These days it seems like everyone is protesting something. We get all worked up over something someone said or did and decide that we will no longer have anything to do with anything that person, or company, has to do with.
Will the Broncos Win More or Less Games Than Last Season? [POLL]
This Sunday the regular season begins for our Denver Broncos. They will start it all for real Sunday against the Seahawks. Will they be better than last year? I sure as heck hope so. I think adding Case Keenum as a QB was a great move and they are going to win more than they lose.
Where Do You Go To Make Out in Northern Colorado?
Every town has that spot. The one where you take your sweetie to go and swap germs. We all grew up with a place to go make out. I had a place called the "car bodies" or my wife and I used to make out in the cooler at work but then drive a place called "Lohstrader Road" to park and steam up the windows.
