Sometimes we are all looking for a quick bite to eat. So what do we do? To the drive-thru, we go. Now, most of us already have our favorite spots and our favorite meals. What is the place that you prefer to go to?

Betsperts recently released a study to show all of the favorite places we like to eat in the United States broken down state by state. When it comes to fast food for Coloradans, we really like Starbucks.

In fact, Starbucks is the most favorite fast food option out of all of the choices you have in the entire United States. Coming in second place is McDonald's and third is Chick-fil-A. Starbucks ranked first in a total of 24 states, McDonald's in 22 states, and Chick-fil-A in only four states.

Fast Food in Colorado

The number of fast-food restaurants in the state of Colorado ranks right in the middle at 26 with four fast-food restaurant options per 100,000 people. The state with the most fast food options is Alabama with 6.3 restaurants per 100,000 people and the state with the least fast food options is Vermont with 1.9 restaurants per 100,000 people.

Can a drive-thru coffee shop be considered fast food? I would say both yes and no. Yes because Starbucks does offer food. However, their main selling point is quick coffee on the go. Are you in the majority of Coloradans that prefer Starbucks? We would love to hear what your favorite fast food place happens to be.
