Weld County Fair Announces 2016 Queen and Princesses

The Weld County Fair has announced their royalty for 2016.

Brook Mercer is a junior at Pawnee High School and the daughter of Clarence and Teresa Mercer of Kersey. She was named the 2016 Weld County Fair Queen.

Alaina Endreson is an 8^th grader at Briggsdale Undivided High School and daughter of Jennifer Endreson. Lily Helzer is a 7^th grader at Platte Valley Middle School and daughter of Kim and Jeremy Helzer. They were named 2016 Weld County Fair Princesses.

All three young ladies competed for their titles during the Royalty Contest, which included judging on public speaking, personal interviews and modeling. Through the end of the year, the Queen and Princesses will represent and promote Weld County Fair by making appearances and participating in a variety of events, parades and activities.
