WATCH: Susan Holmes Streams Arrest on Webcam
Susan Holmes has been arrested in her home and it happened during a live stream with YouTuber “timmybmn”.
In the video (below) Holmes is seen talking about Red Flag laws, including her sons case. Throughout the video you can hear the police at her door asking her to come out. Then, after ignoring repeated requests, officers enter the home and take her into custody. The arrest occurs approx 23 minutes into the video below.
Holmes was wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office on a felony warrant for 1st Degree Perjury / Attempt to Influence a Public Servant. The warrant stems from a case earlier this month, in which Holmes tried to use the "red flag law" against a CSU police officer in court.
