Von Miller Wins Second Super Bowl: Could He Be Coming Back To Denver

The Los Angeles Rams have won the Super Bowl. And while that might not drive a lot of excitement around Northern Colorado - except for possibly some of the California transplants that have infested our region over the years - I think it's safe to say seeing Von Miller celebrating the win by hoisting the Lombardi Trophy for the second time in his career was a bit bittersweet.

While we all love Von, at least for me, seeing him making plays in the Super Bowl, celebrating, and hoisting that trophy at the end was awesome but a little bit gut-wrenching at the same time.

Miller, who spent the first ten years of his career with the Broncos and led the team to their latest Super Bowl win six years ago, was traded mid-season this year to the Rams with one goal in mind: winning a Super Bowl.

Mission accomplished.

But now that that has been accomplished, could Von make a u-turn back to Denver and be back in a Broncos uniform? Technically he could because his contract is up. But realistically, it's a long shot but not out of the question.

While it was proven most of his time with the Rams and again in the Super Bowl, Von still can be a disruptive force and make big plays for a team's pass rush. I think a major factor will be Von's price tag, along with the team's desire to move forward with some of these younger players.

If you're asking me, if the price is right and Von Miller wants to be back in a Broncos uniform, at the very least, to have him around to mentor these young players and still be able to play at a solid level - which it looks like he still can do - I vote for bringing Von back!

This should be a very exciting and fun offseason for Broncos Country because, and I've been saying this since last year, this team is not far away from competing at a very high level. Literally a quarterback and a couple of other little pieces away from making a legit run at Super Bowl 57.
