Todd Still Can’t Believe the Good Morning Guys Are in the Hall of Fame [PICTURES]

The Good Morning Guys were inducted into the Country Radio Hall of Fame at the Vanderbilt Marriott in Nashville on Wednesday night, but it is still hard to believe it happened. Susan, Brian, and I were honored by Country Radio Broadcasters Inc. along with Jim Mantel, Linda Lee, Joe Wade Formicola, Tim Closson, Mel Owens, Charlie Ochs, Martina McBride, and Mike Dungan.

However, even on Wednesday, I was still half expecting someone to tap me on the shoulder and say, "Very sorry! We made a mistake!" It was very surreal.

What an honor! I want to thank each and every one of you who has stuck with us for the past 3 decades. Without the great ratings and the huge amount of listeners, we would not have made it into the Hall of Fame, so thank you. I want to thank my Mom for being my biggest inspiration as a kid and my lovely wife Jenny for being my biggest supporter over the past quarter of a century. Thanks to Townsquare Media for allowing us to do what we do every morning on K99. A special thank you to Dave Collins, who introduced us at the ceremony and also gave us special commemorative pieces made from vinyl records.

Most of all, thanks to Brian and Susan for being the most wonderful partners I could possibly hope for. These guys are the real reason we are in the Country Radio Hall of Fame.
