Caven is wanted by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office on Felony charges for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender - 2nd Offense. He has no bond.

Additionally, he's wanted by other law enforcement agencies on Felony charges for Failure to Comply – Failure to Register as a Sex Offender 2nd Offense, Failure to Comply – Fraud/Check-Account Closed/Not Exist / Fraud by Check.

Caven is six-foot-two and weighs 205 pounds. He has brown hair with blue eyes. The suspect's last known address is 605 West 57th Street #65 in Loveland, CO.
