This $660k Golden Home is the Oddest Listing I’ve Ever Seen
We've shared many Colorado homes that have been listed for quite some time now. These listings have ranged from unique tiny homes, one-of-a-kind custom homes, and uber-luxurious mansions. Over the months, I have actually gotten some incredible ideas on home decor and have daydreamed about many of these homes.
The $660k home is located at 656 Mc Intyre Street in Golden is on the southside of Interstate 70. Every now and then, there is a home that is so far out of the ordinary. Although highly unique with a detached garage that has been converted dedicated private rock climbing room is not one of those homes. The listing on Realtor itself on the other hand is quite peculiar. See what I am talking about:
This $660k Golden Home is the Oddest Listing I've Ever Seen
Is that a mountain goat? Could it be a rabbit? Either way, I am not really sure what the costume is supposed to be. Better yet, why it is in the real estate listing. However, it does intrigue me and I would be inclined to request a viewing of this home if I was an avid rock climber and in the market to purchase a home.
This Golden home has four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and has a total of 1,835 square feet of living space on a third-acre lot. The master bedroom has a loft that is accessible by a ladder. The custom 2,400 square foot rock-climbing room was built in 2014 and is included in the home's purchase price of $660,000.
